In our tests In our tests, the InstaView refrigerator's door compartment was slightly warmer than the rest, which suggests it is not decreasing the loss of cold air, but rather providing a convenient access to the shelves inside the door.
What we did like was the clear organiser that was specifically designed for egg storage (although it could also be used for other things such as yoghurts). It's also great to know that both the fridge and freezer have a 24cm LED strip that lights up when you knock twice on the InstaView door's pane, which provides excellent visibility for quick item retrieval without opening the doors.
Furthermore this model is the only one to come with LG's exclusive Craft Ice system that produces stunning spheres of ice that are ideal for whisky and cocktails. These ice cubes are smaller than traditional ice and melt slower making drinks chill more efficiently without having to water them.
